We have been providing construction/renovation and major remodel loan financing since 1990, and have extensive knowledge of the construction/renovation/remodel loan approval process and have been arranging construction and renovation loans for over 25 years.
We obtained our start in developing loans in 1990 while working for a midsize Savings and Loan headquartered in Hartford Connecticut and serving all of Metro New York area. Capital First has unique ways of putting deals together and looking for the up sides of the deal process. We specialize in construction financing for both ground up new construction or demolition and new construction as well as major and minor renovation/remodel projects.
